Cancellation Policy

Our in-person notary service in Florida is committed to providing professional, accurate, and legally compliant notarizations for a variety of documents. All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization and must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification as required under Florida law. Documents must be complete prior to the notarial act; we do not notarize blank or incomplete forms. We conduct each notarization in accordance with Florida Statutes, including verifying the identity of the signer, ensuring the signer understands the document, and confirming that they are signing willingly and without coercion. Notaries are prohibited from offering legal advice or drafting legal documents unless they are also licensed attorneys in the state of Florida. All service fees are disclosed upfront and are in accordance with the maximum fees allowed by Florida law. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We value client confidentiality and handle all documents and personal information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in state regulations or company practices. Any updates will be communicated clearly to clients when applicable.
